At a private meeting of Scotchmen held on St. Andrew’s Day it was resolved to form a Bangkok St. Andrew’s Society. Temporary office-bearers and a committee were elected and it was remitted to them to frame rules and to communicate with other Scotchmen in Bangkok and endeavor to get them to join the Society. So soon as it has been ascertained who are willing to join, a general meeting of the whole will be called to elect office-bearers and revise the rules. The Honorary Secretary pro tem is Mr. J. S. Black of the British Legation whole will be glad to receive any communications on the subject.
